Rekha Ranganathan has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. Rekha began their career in 2011 as a Senior Consultant at Param Consulting Services, Inc. (PCSI). In 2020, they joined Param Healthcare and IT Services as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2022, they moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Recruiter. Currently, they are working as a Team Manager at Param Consulting Services, Inc.

Rekha Ranganathan holds a Bachelors of Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Reserch Academy (SASTRA) which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Rekha has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Diversity Recruiting, Leadership Mindsets, Remote Work Foundations, Talent Sourcing, and Technical Recruiting, which they obtained between October and November 2021.
