Abigail Joy Msc/

Abigail Joy MSc/ MBA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Abigail most recently held the position of Head of Channel Management, EMEA at Parameta Solutions. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Board Member for the Cass Global Women's Leadership Programme at Bayes Business School, where they played a key role in developing and supporting women leaders. Abigail also co-founded the Cass Strategy Society during their time at Bayes Business School.

Before their time at Bayes Business School, Abigail worked as a Regional Sales Manager at TP ICAP. Abigail also gained experience as a Private Equity & Trading Analyst at Balli Group Plc, and completed internships at ICAP, RSA, Amalgamated Metal Trading, and BP. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Management Consultant Intern at Capgemini and as an Events Coordinator at 101 Entertainment Limited.

Abigail Joy completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Bayes Business School in 2018. Abigail completed their GCSEs & A Levels at Mayflower High School from 1999 to 2006.
