Devlin Timony-Balyeat

Devlin Timony-Balyeat has extensive experience in client relations, financial advising, and governmental advisory roles. Current position as a Client Relations Associate at Parametric began in March 2019, following a tenure as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones from January 2018 to March 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Foreign Affairs Specialist at the United States Department of Defense from June 2009 to April 2016, where responsibilities involved advising senior leaders on national security policy and conducting thorough analysis and recommendations. Devlin also held the role of Management Analyst in the Human Capital Directorate, facilitating HR and staffing processes for a large workforce. Earlier experience includes working as a Staff Assistant and Intern Coordinator for the United States Senate from September 2006 to June 2009 and managing the office operations for the Westlund gubernatorial campaign in 2006. Educational qualifications include a BA in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Oregon and an MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
