Jennifer Sireklove

Jennifer Sireklove, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career as a Trading Analyst at PPM Energy in 2002 and later worked as a Research Associate at Belding Financial Resources and D.A. Davidson & Company in 2003 and 2004 respectively. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Associate at Stark Investments, performing fundamental equity research.

From 2009 to 2013, Jennifer served as an Equity Research Analyst at McAdams Wright Ragen, covering natural resource sectors for the firm's internal assets. Jennifer then joined Parametric as an Investment Strategist and later became Senior Investment Strategist in the Responsible Investing team from 2014 to 2016. Jennifer led the Responsible Investing team and expanded the program by incorporating ESG principles into portfolio solutions for clients. Jennifer also oversaw quantitative ESG portfolio construction and implemented proxy voting and engagement practices to drive change in corporate behavior through ownership.

Currently, Jennifer Sireklove holds the position of Managing Director of Investment Strategy at Parametric, starting from January 2019.

Jennifer Sireklove, CFA earned their BA in Economics from Reed College in the years 1999-2001. Later on, they pursued an MBA with a focus in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Jennifer obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute in December 2006. Their education also includes a brief period of study at Barnard College in 1998 and Bard College at Simon's Rock from 1996 to 1998, although no specific degrees or fields of study are mentioned for these institutions.
