Lane McLaughlin

Lane McLaughlin has a strong background in software engineering and digital platform management. From 2017 to present, they have worked at Parametric as a Managing Director, responsible for the technical design and implementation of applications and services for client engagement and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Lane held the position of VP of Software Engineering at Parametric starting in 2019.

Before joining Parametric, Lane worked at Russell Investments from 2001 to 2017. During this time, they held various roles such as Director of Application Delivery and Associate Director of Application Delivery. In these positions, Lane was responsible for establishing global standard practices in software delivery and managing teams of developers, quality assurance engineers, and application delivery managers.

Lane began their career as a Consultant and Direct Contributor at iTEKSTAFF @ Russell Investments. During this contract assignment, they conducted a comprehensive review and created a strategic plan for a technology group. Lane then joined the team as a Direct Contributor, helping with the implementation of recommendations to improve product quality and delivery speed.

Lane McLaughlin earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their degree, Lane also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in January 2008.
