Ryan O. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ryan began their career at Maxim Integrated Products as a Business Analyst, where they conducted research and presented findings that led to the launch of a heads-up integrated circuit project. Ryan then joined Complete Financial Group as an Investment Advisor Representative, where they constructed investment portfolios for clients and obtained the necessary licenses. Ryan O. later worked at VC Plans as a Financial Consultant, creating financial models for start-up and existing companies. Ryan also assisted in raising funds for a start-up onshore oil-drilling company and contributed to equity negotiations for a green-economy real estate development. Subsequently, they joined Morley Financial Services as a Quantitative Analyst, overseeing risk management and reporting for their over $5 billion AUM across multiple portfolios. Currently, Ryan O. is employed at Parametric as an Executive Director, Portfolio Management.

Ryan O. has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computational Finance & Risk Management from the University of Washington.
