Whitney Stradley has a diverse background in corporate communications and marketing. Whitney is currently the Director of Corporate Communications at Parametric, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Communications Strategist at Parametric from March 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Parametric, Whitney served as a Communications Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they developed and executed strategic internal communications plans, managed an annual editorial calendar, and supported senior management with internal communications and executive presentations/speeches.

From January 2013 to September 2017, Whitney worked at Starbucks as a Senior Communications Manager. Whitney developed communications strategies, managed partner news agendas, and wrote enterprise-wide narratives. Whitney also played a key role in transforming employee communications and integrating digital technology into the partner experience.

Prior to Starbucks, Whitney worked at Hitachi Consulting from 2008 to 2013, where they served as a Manager in the Organization and Transformation Solutions Group. In this role, they helped companies develop strategies and processes to support organizational transitions and authored communications plans.

Whitney started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist, where they were responsible for planning, integrating, and executing marketing communications campaigns. Whitney also worked at Washington Mutual Bank as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects related to product development and implementation.

Throughout their career, Whitney has demonstrated a passion for communications and has consistently delivered impactful and engaging messaging across multiple channels.

Whitney Stradley obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration in the years 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Masters in Communications and Leadership Studies with a concentration in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Gonzaga University from 2011 to 2013.
