Kathleen Bell

Kathleen Bell, PE, is a Surface Water Engineer at Parametrix, where they focus on hydraulics and erosion control design. Prior to this role, Kathleen served as a Project Engineer at Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP, and as a Hydraulics Engineer at HDR, engaged in notable NCDOT projects. Kathleen holds a degree in Biological Engineering from North Carolina State University, with minors in Environmental Science and Parks, Recreation, and Tourism, and has contributed to academic research in agricultural wetlands and aquaponics systems. Earlier in their career, Kathleen gained experience as an Engineering Technician and in various capacities as an undergraduate researcher and assistant.
