Layne McWilliams is a Principal Consultant at Parametrix, joining the firm in January 2023, focusing on energy reduction in water and wastewater management within the Climate Change and Resiliency group. Layne also worked as an Associate Attorney at the Zupancic Group and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, and served as a Senior Engineer in the Water/Wastewater group at Parametrix from 2001 to 2006. Layne earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Doctor of Law from Lewis & Clark Law School.
