William M. (Bill) Bryant is a seasoned professional in transportation project planning and design. They currently serve as a Senior Consultant at Parametrix starting October 1, 2025, after holding the position of Assistant Director at the University of Washington's Transportation Services from October 2023 to January 2025. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Service Development at King County Metro Transit from July 2016 to October 2021, overseeing various operational aspects of public transportation. Bill also managed transit projects for the Seattle Department of Transportation from 2007 to 2016 and worked as a planner and project manager at King County Metro from 1998 to 2007.
