Land Administration Team

The Land Administration Team at Paramount is responsible for supporting the acquisition, management, and documentation of land assets. This includes conducting lease, surface, and mineral acquisitions, performing detailed title research and curative processes, and managing leasehold and production reporting. Additionally, they provide due diligence, runsheets, abstracting, and imaging services alongside legal support and GIS mapping for pipeline and utility rights of way. Leveraging a combination of field and in-house expertise, the team ensures streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency for clients' land departments.
