Additionally, Richard has been involved with the South Old Bridge Volunteer Fire Department as Ex-Chief Of Department and Firefighter since March 2003. Richard's prior roles include serving on the Old Bridge Board of Education from May 2011 to January 2022 and working as Senior Property Manager at Cooper Square Realty, Inc. from June 2004 to December 2006. Between March 1985 and June 2004, Richard held the positions of Property Manager and Coordinator of Safety at Trump Management, Inc. Richard's educational background includes a BA in Secondary Education, History, and Political Science from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island and a 2-year Certificate in Property & Construction Management from New York University - School of Continuing Education.
