Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at JOHNSTOWN WIRE TECHNOLOGIES from September 1997 to January 2018, including Wire Drawing Manager, Cleaning House Manager, Production Supervisor, and Wire Drawer. Jason holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Pennsylvania Highlands Community College, achieved between 2010 and 2016.

Paramount Die Company is one of the largest wire die manufacturers and is the leading wire die producer servicing the wire industry. Long known as an industry innovator, Paramount Die has introduced several products which have become the standard for the wire industry. Paramount Die’s ParaLoc pressure system has contributed greatly to increasing drawing speeds and improving productivity in the wire industry and is the most widely utilized pressure die system in the world. Paramount Die’s exchangeable carbide drawing inserts have made mass production of wire dies possible and have led to both increasing wire die consistency and decreasing overall die cost. Today more than 70% of ferrous wire companies either utilize drawing inserts exclusively or utilize them in part of their production.
