Joseph Szabo

Joseph Szabo currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Property Management at Paramount Group since March 2021. Previously, Joseph held the position of Executive Director of Property Management at Jamestown, overseeing the extensive operations of Industry City in Brooklyn. Earlier experience includes roles as Managing Director for Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services at BDO USA, LLP, and Managing Director for Global Operations at Tishman Speyer, where Joseph managed technical operations and capital budgets for properties worldwide. Joseph also served as Managing Director of Operations for both Fisher Brothers and Tishman Speyer, focusing on property management, capital projects, and operational oversight. Joseph's extensive career began in 1987 at Tishman Speyer, progressing through various engineering and operations roles.
