Michael Spagnola

Michael Spagnola is an experienced Property Manager with a diverse background in managing prestigious office buildings in New York City. Currently, Michael manages a class “A” office building at 60 Wall Street for Paramount Group, overseeing a significant $400 million redevelopment project. Previously, at L&L Holding Company LLC, Michael managed multiple class "A" office buildings and led a $65 million redevelopment initiative. Early career experience includes roles at Paramount Group and Jones Lang LaSalle, where Michael handled various aspects of property management, including daily operations, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management from Ferrum College.
