Neil Morgan

Neil Morgan has extensive experience in commercial real estate and project management. Neil currently holds the role of Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Paramount Group since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Commercial Asset Manager (Owner/Founder) at Positive Real Estate Inc. from August 2018 to April 2021, where they were responsible for financial modeling, leasing management, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Before joining Positive Real Estate Inc., Neil worked as a Senior Commercial Property Manager at Oxford Properties Group from May 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they managed a team and handled finance, budgeting, and forecasting activities for a Class A office/retail property in Manhattan.

Neil also gained experience as a Commercial Property Manager at Jamestown Properties from March 2014 to May 2016, where they managed a team and oversaw the operations of a large office/retail property in Manhattan.

Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Property Manager at Seagate Properties, Inc. from May 2010 to April 2012, managing office/industrial properties in Silicon Valley.

Neil's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Accountant at SolutionSet from October 2009 to May 2010, where they managed budget benchmarks, reporting, and receivables.

Neil also served as a Senior Real Estate Project Manager at Morgan Pacific Builders and Developers from July 2004 to August 2009, where they handled budgeting, accounting, and finance activities for construction projects.
