Shasta McClary-Brocious has over 10 years of experience in healthcare billing. They began their career as a Business Office Manager at a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care facility, where they were responsible for billing, payroll, and bookkeeping. They have extensive applied knowledge in Long-Term Care Skilled Nursing and CCRC facilities.

In their most recent role, Shasta worked at Paramount Healthcare as the Director of Billing starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wipfli LLP as a Healthcare Billing Supervisor & Reimbursement Consultant from June 2021 to April 2022.

Before that, Shasta held multiple roles at Mueller Prost from August 2016 to June 2021, including Healthcare Billing Supervisor, Senior Healthcare Billing Associate, and Skilled Nursing Billing Associate.

They also have experience as a Client Billing Representative at Precision Practice Management from June 2015 to July 2016.

Earlier in their career, Shasta worked as a Business Office Manager at Life Care Center Florissant from March 2013 to June 2015, Covenant care California from February 2011 to April 2013, and Bridgemark Healthcare from March 2009 to December 2010.

Shasta McClary-Brocious obtained their Medical Billing & Coding Certification from Penn Foster Group in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Lewis and Clark Community College from 2006 to 2011. In 2004, they also earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Paralegal Studies from Lincoln Land Community College.
