Kevin Peranio

Kevin Peranio currently serves as the Chief Lending Officer at PRMG, Inc., where efforts have focused on establishing an Eastern regional center for wholesale, retail, and correspondent lending since October 2010. In addition to this role, Kevin is a Board Member at Axis Lending Academy, which promotes education and access for diverse learners in the mortgage and lending industry. Prior to these positions, Kevin held the role of Chief Operating Officer at North Star Lending, where significant accomplishments included gaining Fannie Mae approval and developing an in-house servicing department. Additional experience includes working as Regional Manager at First Magnus Financial and as a Sales Representative at Dell Inc. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
