Mark Franko

Mr. Franko is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Paramount. Prior to joining Paramount in 2018, Mr. Franko practiced corporate and securities law as a partner at two national law firms was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of a TSX-listed exploration and production company and acted as legal counsel to the Alberta Securities Commission.

Mr. Franko graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1997.
