Joel Waxman

Joel Waxman is the Managing Partner at Paramount Specialty Finance, where Joel provides strategy, marketing, and investment advice on net lease property investments. Prior to this role, Joel held positions as Managing Director at Imperial Capital, LLC, and in credit sales at Tejas Securities Group, Inc. Joel also founded Longhorn Delivery. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
