Paramount Theatre
Carol Marie O'Marrah is an accomplished grants manager currently employed at Paramount Theatre since June 2023, focusing on securing funding for arts programming and cultivating partnerships with regional funders. Previously, Carol served as Development and Auxiliary Program Manager at Giant Steps Inc., where fundraising events were orchestrated and a donor database was managed. Carol also held the position of Shelter Program Manager at JOURNEYS | The Road Home, overseeing emergency shelter programs while fostering community relationships. Carol's earlier roles include grants writing at Erie Neighborhood House and direct support work with adults with developmental disabilities. A North Park University alumnus, Carol earned a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and has held various leadership positions throughout academic and professional endeavors.
