Caitlin Toner serves as the Director of Talent Engagement & Strategy at Paramount since February 2022, focusing on executive search and leadership recruiting across a diverse portfolio of brands including CBS, Showtime, and Nickelodeon. Previously, from February 2017 to February 2022, Caitlin held the position of Director of Sourcing for Creative & Marketing Research at ViacomCBS, where the focus was on delivering premium content across various platforms. Caitlin’s experience also includes roles as a Specialty Recruiter at Adecco Staffing from June 2014 to February 2017, and as an Assistant Manager and Guest Relations Administrator at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge between August 2011 and April 2014. Caitlin earned a Master’s Degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University at Buffalo (2006-2010).
