Caroline Shoesmith

Caroline Shoesmith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Finance Director at Paramount since August 2019, Caroline also has held interim leadership positions and worked as a Project Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior experience includes positions at the United Nations from April 2011 to June 2019, where roles spanned Project Manager, Finance and Budget Officer, and Associate Finance Officer. Earlier in career, Caroline worked at The Maersk Company Limited from July 2004 to March 2011 in various capacities including Corporate Accounting Manager and Internal Audit Manager. Caroline began professional journey with an internship at TOSHIBA TEC GmbH in 2003. Caroline's educational background includes a BSc in International Business with German from the University of Warwick, as well as studies at the University of Cologne under an Erasmus program. A strong academic foundation is demonstrated with A Levels in Maths, Economics, German, French, and General Studies from Ecclesbourne School.
