Catherine Scalzo

Catherine Scalzo, SHRM-CP, is currently a Human Resources Manager at Paramount, providing strategic HR support for employees in the Programming, Communications, Strategy, and Technical Groups. Prior to this role, Catherine served as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Paramount, where they managed HR processes for over 2,000 employees and led various Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
