Erika Grant, MBA, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Paramount since July 2019 and also holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Jewish Family Service since September 2012. With extensive experience in human resources, Erika has previously directed regional HR operations at Frito-Lay and managed HR functions for Bimbo Bakeries USA in a unionized environment. Early in her career, Erika worked as a Labor Relations Representative at General Motors, focusing on corporate labor relations and employee safety. Erika obtained an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Human Resources Management/Marketing from Hampton University.
