Erin Hart is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in content scheduling, acquisitions, and strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director at Paramount since January 2025, Erin has achieved significant success in previous roles at BET, including Director of Content Scheduling, Acquisitions & Content Strategy, where notable accomplishments include three consecutive years of year-over-year share growth despite industry declines. Erin's strategic leadership has driven the development of data-driven programming strategies across multiple platforms, facilitated effective launch strategies for original series, and fostered collaboration between departments.
