Justin Rutsky

Justin Rutsky is currently the Senior Vice President of Content Acquisition and Licensing at Paramount, where they oversee global content strategy across Paramount DTC channels. With a background that includes roles at Netflix as Director of Nonfiction Original Series and Hulu as Manager of Content Partnerships, they have extensive experience in development, production, and content strategy. Justin was recognized in the 2022 Media Play News 40 Under 40 in Home Entertainment and the 2023 Realscreen Factual Under 40 Content Executive list. They hold an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Management from Binghamton University.
