Lauren Hamlett

Lauren Hamlett is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Paramount since February 2022, Lauren supports the Global Distribution Group, Media Ventures West Coast Productions, and Media Ventures Digital Group. Previously, Lauren held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at ViacomCBS and served as Director of Human Resources at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, overseeing HR functions for MSNBC and NBC News. Lauren's career also includes positions as a Human Resources Manager at the Susan Magrino Agency and as a Human Resources Specialist at International Creative Management (ICM), along with foundational experience as a Recruiting Coordinator at D. B. Zwirn & Co. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
