Leah Tholen is an experienced marketing and insights professional with a strong background in streaming strategy, audience retention, and product insights management. Currently, Leah holds two manager positions at Paramount, focusing on global streaming marketing and international retention insights. Previously, Leah worked as an account manager at Ipsos North America, specializing in marketing strategy, and served as a senior analyst at MarketCast with expertise in strategy development. Early in the career, Leah gained valuable experience as a web analytics intern at Sodexo and as a project consultant with the Houston Airport System.
