Nina L. Diaz

Nina L. Diaz currently serves as the President of Content and Chief Creative Officer for SHOWTIME, MTV Entertainment Studios, and Paramount Media Networks since January 2023, while also leading unscripted content and adult animation for P+. Previously, Diaz held the role of President of Content and Chief Creative Officer for MTV Entertainment Group from January 2020. With an extensive background in programming and development, Diaz has held various senior positions at Viacom, including President of Programming & Development for MTV, VH1, CMT, and Logo Group, and has been integral in projects such as the "Mob Wives" franchise and "Real Housewives of New Jersey." Diaz’s career in media began with ABC News and has evolved through significant roles at MTV Networks, contributing to iconic programs like "MTV Cribs" and "My Super Sweet 16." Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University, along with MBA studies from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
