Paul Marinelli

Mr. Marinelli has served as President since 2015, and as Vice President from 2004-2015, of Lawrence Investments LLC, an investment firm owned by Lawrence J. Ellison. From 1994-2004, he held various corporate development and finance positions at Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ: CDNS), PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Emcon. Mr. Marinelli serves or has served as a director of several companies, including Skydance Media, Imagene AI, Sensei Farms, Autonomous Medical Devices Inc, and LeapFrog Enterprises (NYSE: LF).

Mr. Marinelli holds a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
