Thaís Müller Xavier

Thaís Müller Xavier is an experienced Human Resources manager with a career spanning over two decades in various organizations. Currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Paranoá Indústria de Borracha Ltda since April 2024, Thaís previously held the same title at Grupo SM from March 2018 to April 2024 and at DMI Isolantes Elétricos from April 2005 to June 2017. Early professional experience includes a role as Encarregada de RH at Compumicro Soluções em Informática from August 2002 to November 2004. Thaís holds an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2009-2011), a Pós Graduação in Gestão de RH from Centro Universitário da FEI (2001-2002), and a Bachelor's degree in Ciências Contábeis from UMESP Universidade Metodista de São Paulo (1995-1999).
