Elton Thomas is a board member at PARAQUAD INC. and was previously with Paraquad and Lighthouse for the Blind - St. Louis. Elton has over 17 years of experience in operations, process improvement, and public policy. Elton has a proven track record in leading Lean Six Sigma Projects, capital expenditure requests, and preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Elton is also experienced in hiring, firing, and training employees. In addition to their operational experience, Elton has also been active in public policy and new business efforts as a representative in consortiums. Elton has a strong commitment to quality and compliance in all areas of their work.

Elton Thomas has a Master of Business Administration - MBA (Honors) in Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, as well as a Bachelor's degree (Honors) in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University. Elton is also certified from the Six Sigma Global Institute in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Business Management Training - CEU Letter and Business Management Training - Executive Certificate.
