Ryan McNealy

Ryan McNealy is an experienced operations and talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in various industries, including nonprofit, healthcare, and technology. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Paraquad since April 2023, Ryan is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Previously, Ryan worked at Express Scripts from January 2018 to April 2023 within the Technology team, developing impactful technology solutions. Ryan has held multiple talent acquisition roles at MTM, Inc. and Centene Corporation, focusing on sourcing and recruiting IT and sales professionals. Ryan's career also includes business development at MDT Technical, as well as account management and resource development positions at MaRRS Distribution, Modis, and Maxim Healthcare Services. Ryan earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Business and Communication, from Arizona State University between 2004 and 2009.
