Peter Wang

Peter Wang has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to legal transactions, contracts, and licensing. Peter started their career at Teknekron in 1990 as Director of Technology Licensing and worked there until 1997. From 1998 to 2000, they served as Director of Licensing and Contracts at Clarify. Peter then joined Nortel Networks as Director of Licensing & Contracts from 2000 to 2002. After that, they worked at VERITAS/Symantec as Senior Manager of Contracts from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they held the position of Director of Licensing at Serena Software. Later, they joined McAfee as Senior Director of Americas Legal Transactions from 2010 to 2012.
