Alissa Sirbu

Alissa Sirbu has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Alissa started their career as a Clinical Scientist at Wyeth Research in 2003, where they served as a Clinical Scientist II until 2006 and then became a Clinical Trial Manager II. Alissa then joined Shire in 2007, initially as a Sr. Clinical Scientist and later as an Associate Director, Clinical Programs, Global Clinical Operations Lead from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, they worked at PPD as an Associate Director, Project Management - General Medicine for a brief period of three months. Alissa then joined ExecuPharm as a Senior Study Manager for a few months before joining Paratek Pharmaceuticals. At Paratek Pharmaceuticals, they held the roles of Associate Director, Global Trial Lead, Clinical Operations from 2016 to 2020, and currently serves as the Director, Clinical & Medical Operations | Global Trial Lead.

Alissa Sirbu graduated from the University of Delaware in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing Science.
