Dina Besece

Dina Besece has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dina is currently working as a Senior Director of Medical Science at Paratek Pharmaceuticals since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Achaogen as an Associate Director of Medical Scientist from 2017 to 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Medical Science Liaison at Theravance Biopharma, Inc. Before that, they served as a Clinical Scientific Director at Cubist Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2015. Dina also worked as an Executive Representative at Astellas Pharma from 2007 to 2008 and as a Director of Clinical Affairs at MedForce from 2002 to 2007.

Dina Besece began their education at the University of Florida in 1984, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies in 1987. Dina then continued their studies at Nova Southeastern College of Pharmacy from 1987 to 1991, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree specializing in Pharmacy.
