Karen McGrath

Karen McGrath is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Paratek Pharmaceuticals since 2019, Karen plays a crucial role in the Executive Leadership Team, focusing on enhancing HR functions to improve employee experience and align with corporate strategy. Prior to this role, Karen held positions at Endo Pharmaceuticals, including SVP of Human Resources and Sr. Director of Human Resources for the Commercial Business, as well as serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Centocor, Inc. and a Sr. Manager at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
