Rose Dileo Snyder

Rose DiLeo Snyder is a detail-oriented Director of Quality Assurance with over 20 years of experience in quality and compliance functions across various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently at Paratek Pharmaceuticals since 2021, Rose specializes in the development and management of quality systems, auditing, and complaint investigations, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance and enhancing operational efficiency. Previous positions include Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Recro CDMO, Sr. Product Specialist at AstraZeneca, Scientist at Schering Plough, and Regulatory and Quality Associate at HydroMed Sciences. Rose holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Kean University and has a foundational education from the Elizabeth General Hospital School of Nursing and Roselle Catholic High School.
