David Bayler

David Bayler, MBA, is an accomplished professional in the construction and roofing sectors, currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at OVERWATCH, a consultancy specializing in mission-critical operations. David co-founded ParaTex Roofing & Construction, focusing on residential and commercial projects, and previously held multiple roles at Nanotech, Inc., including Executive Sales Director and Executive Director for Roof Coatings Applications. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Project Superintendent and Project Engineer at The Beck Group and served as a Project Manager at Strata Roofing and Construction, LLC.
