Preetika Tyagi

Preetika Tyagi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Software Engineer at Paravision since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Intel Corporation for a significant period, with their roles including Senior Software Engineer in the Datacenter Software Technologies division from March 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating the performance of Java server technologies and optimizing the architecture of Open Source Technologies. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer in the Platform Security Division from October 2011 to February 2017, where they worked on Identity Protection Technology and Owned Protected Transaction Display components.

Before joining Intel Corporation, Preetika was a Research Assistant at Arizona State University from January 2010 to May 2011, where they focused on online schema transformation in relational databases. Additionally, they were a Summer Intern at Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) from June 2010 to August 2010, where they developed visualization tools and worked on a Java application for computational resource management.

Preetika's early career includes their tenure as a Software Engineer at Newgen Softwares Technologies Limited from July 2008 to July 2009, where they worked on customization and integration of a Document Management System for LIC. Preetika also held a Software Engineer Intern position at the same company from January 2008 to June 2008, where they implemented automated updating of documents in a distributed architecture.

Preetika Tyagi completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2004 to 2008. Preetika then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Preetika Tyagi obtained certifications in Cloud Computing Basics (Cloud 101) from Coursera in May 2020, and Data Engineering for Everyone from DataCamp in May 2020.
