Andy Currall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andy currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Parcel2Go.com, where they are responsible for understanding the customer experience and driving improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Andy worked as the Head of Internal Sales & Support, Commercial Finance at Together- loans, mortgages & finance, where they developed and implemented a sales strategy that led to significant lending growth. Andy also held various roles at RBS, including Head of Digital Sales, Senior Strategy Development Manager, Head of Multi Channel Support, Performance Planning Manager, and Sales Development Manager. During their time at RBS, Andy played a key role in shaping the company's retail strategy, improving customer service levels, and implementing cost-saving measures. Additionally, Andy has worked at Barclaycard, where they served as a Sales Contact Centre Manager, Senior Manager for Contact Centre Optimisation, Lead Project Analyst for Customer Value Management, and participated in the Barclaycard Graduate Programme for Customer Value Management. At Barclaycard, they achieved outstanding results in customer and staff satisfaction, revenue optimization, and customer activation strategies. Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive tangible business outcomes.

Andy Currall completed their secondary education at Codsall High School in Wolverhampton from 1993 to 1997. Andy achieved four A-levels, including Economics (A), Geography (A), Maths (B), and General Studies (B). Following this, Andy attended Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Information Systems. During their time at university, they studied subjects such as Business Analysis, Project Management, and Systems Design.
