Dan Smithson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and business improvement. Since February 2012, Dan has served as Customer Operations Manager at Parcelforce Worldwide, managing the telephony system for multiple depots and contact centres, while successfully delivering the PFW CX Transformation Project.
