Russ Parrott

Russ Parrott has extensive experience in customer service and management within the logistics and aviation industries. Since May 2008, Russ has been with Parcelforce Worldwide, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Manager, with a notable promotion achieved in July 2013 after a successful trial as Customer Service/Compliance Manager at Gatwick. Prior experience includes a tenure at H+S Aviation Ltd from April 1995 to April 2008, where Russ began as a Consumable Store man and later became Production Team Lead, demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to take on new challenges. Russ's educational background includes attendance at Bridgemary Community School from 1980 to 1985.
