Eapen Kalathil is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology and property management. As the Founder of Parcelist since January 2014, Eapen has developed an innovative package management system that enhances online shopping experiences and ensures nearly 100% compliance from carriers, making it a highly valued amenity for tenants. Concurrently, Eapen has served as a Manager at Off Penn Properties since June 2004. Eapen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and an MD from the Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine, further complemented by additional education from Drexel University College of Medicine.
