Erica Waite

Erica Waite is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Parcell, Erica focuses on enhancing security and convenience for home and business package delivery. In addition, Erica co-founded and serves as a Board Member and Executive Officer at Priomatics, and is a co-founder of Lampyrid Limited, which simplifies subcontracting for non-traditional government contractors. As a co-founder and Managing Partner at Vesna Ventures, and an advisor at Knowbella Tech, Erica contributes to the growth of startups. Previous roles include CEO of Ikove Venture Partners, where Erica facilitated early-stage technology investments, and board member positions at Nikola Labs, Inc. and Cognovi Labs. Erica holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and New Business Ventures from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, an MS in Pathology from Case Western Reserve University, and both a BS in Biochemistry and a BA in Spanish from The Ohio State University.
