David Neal has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Talent Acquisition and Experience Lead at Parcl, where they work with the Head of People, Purpose and Culture to build an organization centered around purpose and attract top talent. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Recruiter at Capital TechSearch, leveraging their 50 years of combined experience in technology management and IT staffing to provide excellent service to clients. David also worked as a Security Investigator at Protective Security Service from 2020 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as the Jerusalem Project Manager at PeacePlayers International, Recruiter at DISYS, Account Executive at Centric Business Systems, Inc., and Loan Officer Assistant at First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. David began their professional journey as a Brand Ambassador at Deuce Brand, where they promoted a sporting brand's ion sports watch.
