Francisco Lume

Francisco Lume co-leads Parcrest Advisors. He has spent most of his career advising companies and financial sponsors in the US, Europe and Latin America, on a broad range of strategic, M&A, special situations, and capital raising related matters.

With over 15 years of Investment Banking experience, Francisco Lume has originated and/or executed over 50 advisory, leverage finance and equity capital markets transactions, totaling more than $25 billion in proceeds across multiple sectors including industrials, packaging, transportation, consumer, real estate, infrastructure and technology.

Francisco started his investment banking career at Lazard, where he became a Vice President in Lazard’s Investment Banking Division in New York. He later joined Jefferies focusing initially on ECM/Structured Private Equity solutions and then on Latin America clients as a Senior Vice President. Before joining Parcrest, Francisco Lume was the President of AXIA Capital Markets LLC.

Francisco holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering from FEUP (Porto University).
