Marvin Liu is an accomplished finance professional with experience in investment banking and marketing. Currently serving as an Investment Banking Intern at Parcrest Advisors since November 2021, Marvin has contributed to sell-side mergers and acquisitions due diligence while collaborating on multiple projects with junior bankers. Previously, Marvin worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Ping An Securities Company, Ltd., where assistance was provided in tech private placement fairness opinions alongside comprehensive market analysis.
