Yvette McDonald has years of experience in the banking and credit union industry, starting as a Teller and Call Center Representative at National Bank of Detroit, then moving on to become a Branch Manager at Credit Union ONE and now at PARDA Federal Credit Union. Yvette holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In their current role, Yvette is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Member Solution Center, focusing on monitoring metrics, team management, and achieving financial goals.
